The personal data you provide to Toerismepastoraal Antwerpen vzw (TOPA) are processed for the management of members on the basis of the volunteer agreement; for the organisation of guided tours on the basis of contractual relations and the tax legislation (volunteer’s allowance); or for communication about activities of TOPA or related organisations on the basis of your expression of interest and consent.<\/p>\n

TOPA will retain this data until the end of your interest or up to seven years after the end of the relationship. TOPA will not pass on this data to any other organisations, but may provide you with communications on their behalf.<\/p>\n
