formation of mountains\u00a0<span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">symbolises God, \u2018the Sublime\u2019<\/span>. Admittedly, from a more philosophical approach, the symbolic term \u2018DEPTH\u2019 might be more suitable to grasp the Mystery \u2018God\u2019. God, as the deep sense of everything. In primordial symbolism, however, one uses the more visible, spatial term \u2018exalted\u2019 and speaks religiously of God as \u2018the Sublime\u2019 (Arabic \u2018Allah\u2019) or \u2013 formerly more than today \u2013 the Supreme. \u2018Height\u2019 stands first and foremost for \u2018transcendence\u2019: God who transcends us.<\/h5>\n<h5 style=\"text-align: justify;\">That is why \u2013 not only in the biblical tradition \u2013 the mountain is the perfect place to meet \u2018the Supreme\u2019. The mountain therefore stands for God\u2019s presence and power, and also the \u2018kingdom of God\u2019.<\/h5>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-ae82e9c elementor-widget elementor-widget-accordion\" data-id=\"ae82e9c\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"accordion.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div On the third day, early in the morning, there was thunder and lightning. A dense cloud hung over the mountain, a mighty trumpet sounded, and all the people in the camp trembled with fear. For Yahweh had descended on Sinai, on the top of the mountain. And Yahwe called Moses to the top of the mountain, and Moses went up.
